I'm deciding to rewrite my whole blog! My name is Elisha,and I was born in an apartment on July 4th. Colorado has been my home for nineteen years,and I really like it here. I never get tired of the mountains. =] I adore seeing the ALMIGHTY's creation.

   I'm fresh out of high school,and am even fresher out of college. I was going to The Art Institute Of Colorado for photography, but then I realized that I was only going because folks said " Go to college if you want to be someone." So, I went. But after a semester I felt I should ungo, so I did. Turns out, soon after I dropped out I came across AIM and am now going to Haiti! YESHUA works in mysterious ways.

     I guess maybe y'all would like to know where I traverse. Well, I'm a semi-amateur photographer at the mall! Its not exactly my calling in life, but its a job, and I thank GOD for that. Besides working at the mall, I'm also a roofer(on and off). I started doing roofing sales in high school, and am going back to it to get a bit more money for this trip.

     I calculated that I have about 70 hours of free time a week,and I honestly have no idea how I get by without being bored to death. I think most of my free time is taken up by thinking, and being with friends.  Lately, GOD has been putting a spirit of socialness upon me. I really like people. I try and see the face of my Hero in everyone I meet.

      I also like photography. For me, its an amazing way to let out my creativity. Learning is also something I like. Just last night, I decided that I might wanna learn ASL(American Sign Language)! I'm also kinda passionate about speaking French. I've taken it for four years in high school,but still kinda stink at it. Mon francais est mauvais. Mais, je veut apprends beaucoup le francais!

   I tend to be a very spontaneous person, which is good and bad. Most every major choice (good and bad) I've ever made in my life was more or less spur of the moment. I got my tattoo in the hick city of Pueblo,Colorado out of mostly boredom and peer pressure. Although I've been wanting a tattoo for a while, I didn't put much thinking into actually getting one.

     Sometimes, I get so focused on doing something for YESHUA, I don't really stop and think if He wants me to do it.

   Anyways, about this trip... I've really had a heart for Haiti ever since I learned they speak French there. In the beginning of one of my College classes, we were asked what type of photography we wanted to do,and where we wanted to go. I wanted to go to Haiti. Its crazy how GOD works things out.
